Rick Slagle


Managing Partner

Rick has over 20 years of experience working for high technology start-ups with an emphasis in the Photonics Industry. Having served as President, Sales Director, Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager for a variety of tech firms,Rick has gained a wealth of knowledge and unique insights in growing sales. "Working in start-ups has given me the opportunity to explore every facet of business development, providing me with a uniquely precise approach to marketing that includes web design, SEO optimization, and technical writing for brochures, articles, manuals, etc." Slagle added, "Our firm fills a vital need whereby we allow technologists to focus on what they do best, develop their technology and we focus on bringing customers to them through marketing and business development."



Creative Director

Andrew is responsible with determining the best ways for us to visually represent our client’s identity online. With an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Andrew has seen projects from initial concept to completion. Particularly for start-ups, where he has created a unified corporate identity from logo creation to brochures and web design.


  • Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
  • Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the client's business objectives and that advance their brand strategy.
  • Establish creative direction for the entire line of online services and programs.
  • Supervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partners; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project.
  • Work with the account team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present to clients.
  • Provide quality control over concepts and projects.



Marketing and Market Research

Doug is a seasoned professional having worked for a variety of tech firms and is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the marketing strategies, marketing communications, market research and public relations activities. He works with the development and implementation of support materials and services all within budget and on-time.
